**Delivery Policy**
- **Delivery Timeframe**:
- At Paid In Full London, we practice slow fashion to ensure the highest quality and sustainability. As a result, our standard delivery time frame is between 3 to 7 business days from the date of your order confirmation.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
- **Shipping Confirmation**:
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status.
- **Shipping Costs**:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
- **International Shipping**:
- We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that delivery times for international orders may be longer, and additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

EU COUNTRIES:
Since 29/09/22, NO IMPORT TAXES/FEES on orders under €150 in the EU. Price at checkout is final for EU orders under €150. Orders over €150 might have import taxes/fees.
NON-EU COUNTRIES:
Orders to non-EU countries may have import taxes/fees. The customer is responsible. We won't pay import duties/taxes under any circumstance.
**Return and Refund Policy**
- **Return Request Period**:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
- **Return Conditions**:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be returned in a sellable condition. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
- **Return Process**:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at soical@paidinfull.london with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- Please ensure that returns are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
- **Refund Process**:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- **Exchanges**:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If import taxes/fees are requested, but you refuse the delivery, we will not be able to refund your order. If you decide you no longer want the order, please pay the fees and return the item to us. You will then be able to apply for a refund of the import fees from your local customs office, due to returning the item. We would then refund the item, minus the original shipping charge, when we receive it back from you.
- RETURN OF NON-UK ORDERS
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition (with all tags still attached). If the original tags are not still attached, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
For international orders, we can only offer refunds or credit, we are unable to provide exchanges. If you wish to return for another style/size, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order (excluding EU - exchanges are available for EU orders).
If import taxes/fees are requested on international orders, but you refuse the delivery, we will not be able to refund your order. If you decide you no longer want the order, please pay the fees and return the item/s to us. You will then be able to apply for a refund of the import fees from your local customs office, due to returning the item. We would then refund the item, minus the original shipping charge, when we receive it back from you.
Important notes on this service:
- Exchanges not available for international (non-UK) orders, only refunds and store credit.
- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
- We are not liable for any returns that do not arrive back to our warehouse.
- Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
- Please note that returns may not be approved during weekends and will be approved the next working day (Monday)
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Once refunds have been processed, please allow 5 working days for this to appear in your account.
- Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information on returns.

1. 'multiple returns/exchanges are not possible' An exchange order cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Refunds cannot be processed for the returns without a proper return request.
3. Orders returned to our returns centre for refund within 14 days of receipt can only be refunded to the original payment method. Orders returned post the 14 days of receipt and within 28 days, can only process exchange or store-credits.
4. Usage of discount code/gift card/credit coupons cannot be refunded.
5. Returns are charged at £6, with us providing you with a return shipping label.
Are there any charges for return?
- International customers are free to use their preferred courier to return an item to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. It will be visible in your account within 5 working days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Our orders are picked and despatched quickly, so it may not be possible to cancel your order after it has been placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will attempt to process this.
